STORE POLICY

 

ORDERS

  • The store currently only accepts credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
  • I reserve the right to cancel an order. In case this happens I'll notify you by e-mail.
 

SHIPPING

  • The Item(s) will be shipped with the local post service (BE)
  • Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be shipped
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once the item(s) are shipped
  • Orders will be processed during workdays, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Items that has been worn or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
  • Returns and exchanges will be only accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date
  • Refunds will not be processed until your returned item arrives at my office in Belgium and have been checked
  • All returns packages should be insured. There will be no refunds on items damaged in shipping
  • We currently do not reimburse shipping costs
  • Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item
